The PEREZ CLAN of Mandaue City started with the descendants of JORGE PEREZ and MARCELA VELOSO which were blessed with seven children as follows: Eulogio, Crestina, Francisco Romano, Sergio, Esteban, Hilario and Filomena. Since Crestina and Filomena entered the monastery of the Daughters of Charity as nuns, they died single, hence, only the five male siblings with families, Eulogio, Francisco Romano, Sergio, Esteban and Hilario are the recognized branches of the PEREZ CLAN when it was moulded way back in 1987 first through the singular effort of Mrs. Coronacion Perez Muñasque Cabahug, now a Centenarian, and presently residing in Tabango, San Isidro, Leyte.   The noble efforts of Mrs. Coronacion “Inday Nacing” P. Muñasque de Cabahug, motivated by her dream when she first tried to trace the descendants of the Esteban branch and was later joined and supported by Mr. Leonardo Perez, Ms. Magdalena Perez-Echavez, Mrs. Alejandra P. Gandecilla, Mrs. Lanwinia P. Basubas, Atty. Gerardo M. Gestopa, Sr. Atty. Prescillano S. Lumapas, Atty. George P. Bragat, Mr. Willy P. Cabahug, Sr. Mr. Diosdado P. Suico, Mr. Benjamin C. Pepito, Mrs. Marina A. Barz, Miss Jialma J. Perez, Miss Josefina S. Perez, Atty. Dindo A.Q. Perez and Miss Fedencia Z. Perez, the Perez Clan progressed harmoniously even, with enormous obstacles along the way because of the unrelenting  support and cooperation of all the branch representatives.
