Scholarship Program
We are a family, who, recognizing god’s bountiful gifts entrusted to us, commit ourselves to be good stewards and advocates in sharing them to those in need especially among the members of the perez clan.
The program is not limited to academics and skills training but will also include values formation among recipients and their families
The program shall;
1. Uplift the living standards of the less privileged members of the Perez Clan through education and training.
2. Promote the sense of community involvement among the members of the Perez Clan through constant interaction among members
3. Create a resource of human expertise and funds to sustain the scholarship program
Scholarship program for members of the Perez Clan who are in need in the area of education and skills development.
ACTIVITIES
The Board of Directors shall form a scholarship committee who shall formulate the programs that will address the different needs of the members of the Clan.
The program may include the following;
1. Selection criteria which shall ensure that the scholars come from families truly in need. Home visit is advised to solicit the cooperation of the family and to confirm the status of the family.
2. Formulate a set of evaluation instruments that would measure the scholar’s strong determination to succeed in life.
3. The committee shall determine the scholarship scheme appropriate for the scholar.
4. Create a database of educational and training institutions which can accommodate our scholars.
5. Establish a monitoring system which shall assess the performance of the scholar.
6. The Screening Committee shall periodically meet with the parents and scholars. The Board shall be required to meet twice a year to assess the performance of the program.
8. The respective employers shall submit to the committee a performance evaluation of our scholars periodically.
ACTIVITIES
Program for Parents
The Parents program should be conducted on a semestral basis. The objective of which is to explain the role of the parents as partners in the journey of their children in the program.
Program for Scholar
The objective of this program is to ensure the proper mindset of the scholar on his chosen profession relative to society.
The sessions shall be conducted on a monthly basis. Topics will be determined by the committee as needed.
ACTIVITIES

Create a data base of industries owned/managed by members of the clan
The transformation and betterment of the lives of the less privileged and become responsible members of the community.
1. The scholars are gainfully employed and improved standard of living of the family.
2. Voluntarily and actively participate in carrying out the objectives and programs of the clan.
3. A foundation that provides a sustainable funding for the programs.
